Introduction
These terms apply to all Pitafresheritage candidates, enrollments, and related services.
1. Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment for both physical and online classes is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment. All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of classes unless a formal installment plan is agreed upon.
2. Refunds and Rescheduling
Refunds are not provided once a batch has commenced. Rescheduling to a future batch is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the start date, subject to availability.
3. Attendance and Missed Classes
Candidates are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance. Missed classes will not be refunded. However, candidates in online classes may request access to recorded sessions, or attend scheduled makeup sessions during weekend review periods.
4. Candidate Conduct
Disruptive behavior in physical or online classes may result in immediate dismissal without a refund. Candidates must interact respectfully with tutors and peers.
5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All provided study materials, worksheets, audios, and mock test resources remain the intellectual property of Pitafresheritage. They are for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced.
6. Essay Corrections and Mock Examinations
Mock exams are simulated experiences designed for practice. Essay corrections and mock scores are indicative and do not guarantee official IELTS test performance.
7. Official IELTS Booking Assistance
We assist candidates with official IELTS booking via our accredited partners. Candidates are solely responsible for providing accurate registration details and bringing valid identification on the actual test day.
8. Policy Changes and Effective Dates
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on this page.
